Cancellation policy
-We require at least 24h notice to cancel an appointment.
-If you cancel within 24h of your appointment you may be asked to pay 100% of your service booked.
-If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be asked to pay 100% of your service booked.
-Your account will be placed on a hold list until the owed sum has been paid (and/or completely removed from our booking system for repeat offenders)
-We have introduced the use of deposit payment links for our larger value services.
